Meet this Maine Coon set of brothers, Boots and Barkley! Boots (identifiable by his always in style white paws) and Barkley are 3 years old and ready to find their forever home!
The brothers came to us when friends of SNAP fell on some hard times and needed help caring for this inseparable duo. Boots and Barkley enjoy meeting new people and lots of attention. They will gladly greet you with head-butts and purrs, and are always ready for a good pet. They can also be playful and particularly enjoy toys involving feathers. The pair is also good with new animals, including dogs. They are best friends and spend all their time together, so SNAP will only adopt them as a pair.
At 3 years old, Boots and Barkley have grown into beautiful, Maine Coons with large paws and long hair. If you like big cats, then this pair of Maine Coons is definitely for you! While both cats have brown fur with black markings and extra long whiskers, Boots has white paws and a white chest to go with his gorgeous green eyes. SNAP thinks that over time, when the brothers are settled in their new home and the stress of the adoption center and a new environment has diminished, their luxurious fur will return to its naturally lush and shiny state.
Boots and Barkley can’t wait to meet you and hope that you come by the Howell Mill & I-75 PetSmart adoption center to say hello! You can always apply to adopt Boots and Barkley online, too. If you’d like to set up a play date, just drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Boots or Barkley be placed in any type of home with adults or other pets, but we caution against homes with young children because they may be stressful for these two. They have no special needs and will make a very special addition to the family.
Like all SNAP pets, Boots and Barkley are neutered, up to date on shots and vaccinations, and micro-chipped. And ready to meet you at one of our adoption centers or by special appointment.
