ADOPTED! Leo

Leo

Gray DSH

DOB 6/2/2018

Shhh… do you want to know a secret?  Even though I’m just a little kitten, my name “Leo,” actually means “lion” in Latin.  I’m a handsome one, too, with shiny grey fur and a gorgeous stripy tail.  And deep down in my heart I know I’m a big, brave lion, just like my name suggests, but sometimes my outside bit doesn’t always show it.  You see, I’m on the shy and soft-spoken side; some would call me “skittish,” but I think a touch of caution is just good sense!  My sister Fiona and brothers Dante and Fito are lovely and rambunctious (have you met them yet?  They’d like to be adopted, too!), but I’m the “old soul” of the family.  I’d really like to be in a home with adult kitties: I miss my mom sometimes and I think a nice, calm feline mentor or two could teach me a lot about how to cat.  A little love and patience will go a long way towards coaxing me out of my kitty shell — and it’s worth it, I promise, because once I trust you as a friend and reliable source of treats, I’m very affectionate.  Come and meet me and help me grow into the little lion I know I can be.  I have oodles of purr-tential and will be your companion for life!
