cat-accountantThere is a significant amount of record keeping involved with the services SNAP provides. These include everything from documenting spay/neuter records for each pet as required by law, to keeping records of vaccinations, to the adoption process and background checks for each new prospective owner. Our work with feral cat colonies also requires significant documentation, as well as financial records such as tracking expenses for everything from gasoline to pet food and vet bills.

If you have any experience with bookkeeping, record keeping, data entry, or have worked in an office environment or as an office manager – or are simply organized – we could use your help in organizing and maintaining our records.

Increasingly updates can be done online or remotely through electronic records and software applications – anything from tracking animals and the adoption process to maintaining financial and other records.

If you are interested in helping, please email us at snap@snap2it.org or please feel free to complete our online volunteer application.

SNAP is proud of our volunteers and the good service they do in helping deserving pets find forever homes.
