ADOPTED! Winslow

Winslow

Turkish Van

DOB 8/23/2015

Hello, world!  It’s me, Winslow!  Now the weather outside is frightful, but this kitten is so delightful (even if I do say so myself!)  How would you like to cuddle up with a tiny Turkish Van this winter?  Just picture it, me in my bunny-rabbit soft fur coat, you in your most hideous holiday sweater.  My orange tail and amber eyes will even match your roaring fireplace!  And the rest of me is so white that you might mistake me for a little fluffy snowball.  (Just don’t try to throw me, please!)

I was a bottle-fed baby, which means I’m very affectionate towards humans.  You might find me a touch shy at first, but with a little encouragement and a lot of love, you’ll soon have me eating out of the palm of your hand (especially if there’s a treat in it.)

As a breed, we Turkish Vans are often fascinated by water, which means you might on occasion find me delightedly stirring my water bowl (or, ahem, the toilet bowl) with my paw.  But don’t worry if your home doesn’t have a giant swimming pool just for me – all I want is you!
