Lab mix

Cleo was picked up as a stray in a rural GA town in the woods.   She was pregnant with 8 puppies and taken to animal control.   No one stepped up for her and it was her last day.  Killing a mommy and 8 puppies just wasn’t in the plan for her!   She was pulled off the kill table by a small rescue and taken into the program.  She had the babies that same weekend and what a wonderful mommy she was.

Fast forward to today – all her puppies are adopted of course and she still remains waiting for her family to love!   The sadness in her eyes is there every day as she knows all her babies are gone and she’s sits in a boarding kennel.

She is a healthy and beautiful little black lab mix (with what else – we don’t know). Cleo weighs about 40- lbs.  She is good with people and plays well with dogs and is just a little love bug.  She is totally vetted, heart worm negative and on prevention, spayed, chipped and a perfect size.   She loves her walks and will make a wonderful family member.

Her best home would be with another dog friend and a fenced in yard.   She loves to cuddle as well.   So a comfy couch would work too!   If you are interested in Cleo, please let us know!
